Tremolo
•Multiply the input signal by the output of a Low Frequency Oscillator (LFO).
(maybe analog or
digital)
•LFO can vary in shape (sine, square, etc.), frequency, amplitude (typically referred to as depth)
•Can also use different phase LFOs to get a stereo effect.
•Graphs at right show Tremolo with sin and triangle wave modulation. Depth
is set to about 50% and the
modulating signal is at 2Hz.
